1. General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between my77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("user", "member", "you"). These Terms apply to the my77 website, mobile site and all associated services.

my77 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangla-speaking users in Bangladesh. Accessing our platform or creating an account means you accept these Terms. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information is a breach of this agreement and may result in account cancellation. National ID or other documents may be requested as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

my77 complies with the laws and regulations of various countries. Residents of certain countries or regions may not be able to use our services. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your own area.

3. Account Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• Please use a strong password — combining numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
• Never share your password with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.

my77 will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you are asked for your password, treat it as a fraudulent attempt and contact us.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on my77 is ৳100 (per method). We support the following payment methods:

All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Once a deposit is verified, it is credited to the account.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal.
• Withdrawal must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements for any active bonus must be met before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency and Transactions

All transactions on my77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Depositing or withdrawing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited — only the account holder may use a payment method registered in their own name.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on my77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to use this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: 10 times (10x) the bonus amount.
• The bonus can be claimed only once.
• Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met will result in cancellation of the bonus.
• The time limit while the bonus is active will be communicated separately.

5.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotions are provided with specific expiry dates and usage conditions. my77 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion. If there is evidence of bonus abuse, the relevant account may be suspended.

5.3 VIP Program

The my77 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Your tier is determined based on your gaming activity. my77 will separately communicate the detailed conditions for advancing to a higher tier.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the my77 platform:

• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or illegal financing.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — obtaining bonus benefits through artificial means.
• Using software, bots or any automated method to conduct gaming activity.
• Gaming or betting in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's systems or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Threatening, harassing or defrauding other members.
• Providing false identity or documents.

If my77 finds evidence of involvement in prohibited activities, it may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances, and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Results

All games on my77 are operated through a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game results are completely impartial and there is no possibility of external manipulation. Each game round is independent — previous results do not influence future results.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault or disconnection, my77 will review the history of that session and provide a fair resolution. The policy that "technical faults void all payments" applies.

7.3 Sports Betting

Before placing bets in the sports betting section, please read the specific rules for each event carefully. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet amount will be refunded or settled according to the applicable rules.

8. Responsible Gaming

• You can request a temporary or permanent break from the platform for yourself.

• Suspicion of fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
